Experienced in public and private sector auditing, executive leadership, and service on company boards. A member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) and CPA (T) holder since 2002.
Mr. Lyimo is the Chairman of the Board. He has many years of auditing experience in both the public and private sectors where he has served in the capacity of the executive suite and sits on boards of several companies.

Mr. Isojick is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of the United Republic of Tanzania, an experienced lawyer who provides professional and corporate advice on governance, compliance and legal matters.
He is a well experienced legal consultant, who is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society since 2017. Mr. Elisha currently serves as the Company Secretary of Pierson Insurance Solution Limited.
